Tappan Lake

Every fall the colors that amaze us come back in a show that always makes us smile. Here are just a few pictures of some early Fall 2009 colors at Tappan Lake, Ohio. Tappan Lake, located in Harrison County in eastern Ohio near the village of Cadiz and just east of Uhrichsville and Dennison in Tuscarawas County, is one of the state's top boating and outdoor attractions. Managed by the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, the lake was constructed in the 1930s for flood reduction and water conservation, but has turned into an outdoor recreational paradise. <click here>
